Good blender, slow support

I bought a blender a few weeks ago. The blender itself is powerful and well-built, definitely an upgrade from my old one, and it handles frozen fruit really well. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, about 6 days. My only minor issue was when I tried to track my order – the tracking link didn't update for a couple of days, which made me a bit anxious. I reached out to customer service about it, and while they eventually got back to me, it took almost 48 hours for a response. A quicker update on the tracking or support response would make the experience perfect. Still, the product is great value for what I paid.

Good matberedare, fast delivery

Ordered a matberedare. Arrived in 5 days. Works great. Easy to use and clean. No issues.

Smooth order, good quality mixer

I recently ordered an Artisan köksmaskin in empire red from Kitchenaid SE. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and the payment options were clear. It shipped out fairly quickly, took 5 days to reach Denver, which I thought was reasonable for an international shipment. Packaging was very secure, everything arrived intact. I did have a small question about registering the warranty, so I used their online contact form. Customer service responded within 24 hours with a helpful link. The mixer itself is robust, feels very high quality, and performs exactly as expected for baking bread. The flatblandare worked perfectly. I'm satisfied with the purchase and the overall experience; it lives up to the brand's reputation.

Reliable for attachments

I've bought several attachments for my Artisan mixer from here over the years. This time it was the pastavals. Just like before, the ordering was easy and it arrived quickly, about 4 days. It always feels consistent, I know what to expect with their delivery times and product quality. That's why I keep coming back for KitchenAid parts and accessories.

Love my new kaffebryggare!

My new kaffebryggare is fantastic! It makes such a difference in my morning routine, great coffee every time. The design is beautiful too, it looks so good on my counter. Shipping was fast, got it in less than a week. I'm so happy with this purchase, I will definitely be shopping here again!

Worth it with the welcome discount

This was my first time buying from Kitchenaid SE. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% welcome discount, which made the Artisan köksmaskin much more affordable. That saving definitely influenced my decision. Shipping was free because my order was over 500 kr, which is a nice bonus. The delivery arrived in about a week. Given the quality of the mixer and the discount I received, it felt like a really good deal. I wouldn't have bought it without the extra savings, so I'm happy I waited for an offer. It was worth the purchase.
